Do you charge a digitizing fee for logos?

Yes. New business logos may require a one-time digitizing fee.

This fee covers converting your logo into an embroidery-ready file.

Once digitized, the file can be reused for future orders.

Can I bring my own items?

Yes, customer-supplied garments are accepted. However, I am not responsible for damage to items not purchased through Perfectly Made Creations.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Bulk pricing is available for businesses, schools, teams, and events.

Do you offer shipping?

What are ready-made items?

Ready-made items are pre-designed embroidered pieces that are already created or available to purchase without customization. These items ship faster and do not require design approval.

How fast do ready-made items ship?

Ready-made items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Local Delivery is also available. You’ll receive pickup details after your order confirmation.

Can I personalize a ready-made item?

Some ready-made items may allow small personalization (such as adding a name). If personalization is available, options will be listed on the product page.

Are ready-made items refundable?

Due to the nature of embroidery, ready-made items are final sale unless there is a defect or mistake on our end.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular items may be restocked depending on demand and material availability. If you see something sold out, feel free to contact us.

Are colors exactly as shown?

We do our best to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, fabric type, or screen settings.

Can I combine ready-made and custom items in one order?

Yes! However, your full order may ship once all items are completed.

If you need ready-made items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Custom Printed Shirt FAQ

Do I need to provide my own design?
Yes, a print-ready design file is required. We do not offer full graphic design services. Minor edits may be available for an additional fee.

What file types do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution PNG (transparent background), SVG, or PDF files for the best print quality.

Will I see a proof before my shirts are made?
Yes! A digital mockup will be sent for approval before production begins. Orders will not move forward until approval is received.

How long does it take to complete my order?
Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days and begins after full payment is received and mockup approval is given.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. Additional fees will apply.

What types of shirts do you print on?
We offer a variety of options including t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies. If you have a specific preference, please include it in your order form.

Can I order just one shirt?
Yes! We do accept small quantity orders. Pricing may vary based on quantity and design.

Can I make changes after I approve my mockup?
No changes can be made once the mockup has been approved and payment is submitted. Please review your design carefully before approving.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All custom printed items are final sale. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if there is an error on our part.

Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences.

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into an embroidery-ready file.

One-Time Digitizing Fee:

  • Simple Logo: $25–$35
  • Moderate Detail Logo: $40–$55
  • Highly Detailed Logo: $60+

 This is a one-time fee

 Your file is saved for future orders

 No re-digitizing fee for repeat customers (unless changes are made)

Custom Embroidery Pricing (Per Item)

Pricing depends on stitch count, size, and placement.

Basic Text Embroidery (Names, Simple Words)

  • Left Chest / Small Area: $10–$15
  • Medium Design: $15–$20
  • Large Design: $20–$30

Business Logo Embroidery

  • Left Chest Logo: $15–$25 per item
  • Hat Front Logo: $18–$30 per item
  • Large Back Design: $30–$45 per item
